Return and Refund Policy
At Beautnex, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product condition reasons, we may not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or digital products, if applicable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
